René Gauthier started business at the age of nine, buying a 6 week old female calf for $80, and through hard work and creative negotiating, sold a male yearling steer within 6 months. He has had the pleasure of selling everything from lawn care to high end computers. His largest deal ever was worth several hundred million dollars, and he negotiated with one of the richest men in the world.
He has shared the stage with Robert T. Kiyosaki, Darren Weeks, and others. He has learned from Real Estate masters such as Raymond Aaron, Ron LeGrand, and Chris Johnson. Some of his idols include: Laurel Langemeyer a business genius, Cynthia Kersey a marketing master, and T. Harv Eker master stage sales and marketing expert.
Over the last 3 decades, he has founded eight corporations, one of which he took public in 2000. Creating these companies, he has learned significant insights into the law, system setup, accounting, and business management.
His training includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba, a two year training certificate on Small Business Management and Accounting from the Federal Business Development Bank, and several major courses on personal development, sales, marketing, real estate, and taxes.
For the past 6 years, he teaches people how to play Robert T. Kiyosaki's, CASHFLOW™ game to become better investors and real estate purchasers. He most recently, became a real estate mentor for a local marketing company.
He knows, very well, how to make a business out of real estate, and how to make the business profitable.
