It's funny how I became a real estate investor.

After years of playing the game CASHFLOW 101 from Robert Kiyosaki, I decided to play the game live.

My first credit card was with RBC when I was 18

I owned my first home, through my own efforts at the age of 30. I'm sure if I would have lived in Winnipeg (my home town), I could have owned sooner. I choose BC and am happy for that:)

One year after I bought my first investment property. I purchased the property for my mother in law, who lived with my wife, my daughter who's now 4 and I.

My history is as Life Cycles consultant, I did that for a numbers or years.
Then I moved into the marketing profession, where we helped one client sell 6 homes in 8 weeks and he made 60k, it was then I realized the power of marketing mixed with Real Estate.

So with my partners I moved into the industry. WOW, what a learning curve, the thing is that I have quite the work ethic and had the stamina to make this my full time career.
