Odin Zavier started business at the age of 12, getting a paper route and then outsourcing to his brothers. He has had the pleasure of working with one of Canada’s 5 major banks as well as consulting, coaching and mentoring hundreds of individuals and business owners.
He has presented on stage to hundreds of business owners and has taught at Douglas College as a staff educator. He has learned from Real Estate Mentors such as Robert Kiyosaki,Ozzie Jurock, Ralph Case, and Greg Clement, Don Campbell, Gord Lemon, Dan Eisenhauer, Robert Allan, Todd Morgan, Jeff Kaller and Rene Gauthier. Some of his idols include: Frank Kern an online marketing genius, Karl Brian Sales and Marketing Master, Timothy Ferris and Brad Sugars for outsourcing and systems development and finally Anthony Robbins & Brian Tracy master stage sales and marketing experts.
Over the last 2 decades, he has assisted many, many individuals and companies. Mentoring these companies, has revealed significant insights into the law, system setup, marketing, sales, outsourcing and business management.
His training includes Douglas College for business, Sales and marketing from Leader Global Consulting and many courses on personal development, sales, marketing, real estate, and business mindset.
For the past 1.5 years, he has worked with Rene Gauthier in education people how to play Robert T. Kiyosaki's, CASHFLOW™ game to become better investors and real estate purchasers. He most recently, became a real estate mentor with Rene Gauthier and they both currently have over 22 students.
He knows, very well, how to make a business out of real estate, and how to make the business profitable.

- In April 2009, consulted with a partner to purchase 5 units and had the developer make modifications to allow for a basement suite and include marketing package
- 5 units purchased in late April, marketed and sold in mid-May to June
- After expenses, this ‘flip’ yielded approx.
